Eighth Central Pay Commission ने Bengaluru में 7 और 8 October 2026 को stakeholder interactions आयोजित करने का नया programme जारी किया है। 24 August 2026 के official notice के अनुसार Central Government से जुड़ी interested organisations, institutions, associations और unions Commission से Bengaluru में मिलने के लिए appointment request submit कर सकती हैं।
इस notice की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण date 18 September 2026 है। Bengaluru interaction के लिए request इसी date तक submit करनी होगी और इसके साथ memorandum submission के बाद generated Unique Memo ID देना आवश्यक है।

Bengaluru meeting के लिए कौन appointment request कर सकता है?
Notice में interested stakeholders के रूप में broadly इन categories का उल्लेख किया गया है:
- organisations;
- institutions;
- Central Government associations; and
- Central Government unions.
इन stakeholders को Bengaluru में Commission के साथ interaction के लिए official appointment request submit करनी होगी।
इस notice को public walk-in meeting नहीं समझना चाहिए। इसमें ऐसा कोई provision नहीं दिया गया है कि individual Central Government employee बिना appointment सीधे meeting venue पर पहुंचकर Commission से मिल सकता है।
Unique Memo ID की जरूरत क्यों है?
Bengaluru consultation के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण procedural condition Unique Memo ID है।
Official notice के अनुसार appointment request उसी Unique Memo ID के साथ submit करनी है जो memorandum submit होने के बाद generate होती है।
इसका practical sequence है:
Memorandum submission

Unique Memo ID generated
↓
Bengaluru appointment request
↓
Interaction schedule communicated later
इसलिए association या union को केवल appointment form भरना पर्याप्त नहीं होगा। पहले memorandum submission से जुड़ा valid Memo ID available होना चाहिए।
क्या 18 September memorandum submission की नई deadline है?
इस notice से ऐसा conclusion नहीं निकलता।
Document specifically कहता है कि Bengaluru interaction के लिए appointment request 18 September 2026 या उससे पहले submit की जा सकती है, और उसके साथ पहले से generated Unique Memo ID देना होगा।
इसलिए:
“8th CPC memorandum deadline extended to 18 September”
कहना इस notice के आधार पर सही नहीं होगा।
सही interpretation है:
18 September 2026 Bengaluru stakeholder interaction के लिए appointment request submit करने की deadline है।

Interested organisations और unions को तीन checks पूरे कर लेने चाहिए:
1. Memorandum successfully submitted है?
Appointment process Unique Memo ID से linked है।
2. Unique Memo ID available है?
Request submit करते समय correct Memo ID देना होगा।
3. Appointment request 18 September तक submit हुई है?
Notice में स्पष्ट deadline on or before 18 September 2026 दी गई है।
इस notice में salary, pension या fitment factor पर क्या कहा गया है?
कुछ भी नहीं।
यह notice केवल Bengaluru में stakeholder interaction schedule और appointment-request procedure से संबंधित है।
इसमें कोई announcement नहीं है regarding:
- fitment factor;
- minimum basic pay;
- revised Pay Matrix;
- minimum pension;
- pension revision formula;
- DA/DR merger;
- salary increase percentage;
- arrears;
- implementation date;
- interim report; or
- final 8th CPC recommendations.
इसलिए Bengaluru visit को salary revision या pension hike के official announcement के रूप में present करना misleading होगा।
