Viral clip में महिला tourist security personnel से traffic रोकने को लेकर बहस करती दिखाई देती है। वह कहती है कि travellers कई घंटों से इंतजार कर रहे हैं और सवाल करती है कि minister को जाने दिया गया लेकिन tourists को क्यों रोका गया।
Footage में वह “We are Gen Z. We won’t tolerate this nonsense” कहती है और दूसरे travellers से भी आगे बढ़ने की बात करती दिखाई देती है। India Today के अनुसार कई अन्य tourists उस समय उसके आसपास मौजूद थे और कुछ लोग उसकी बात का समर्थन भी कर रहे थे।
Traffic क्यों रोका गया था?
Times of India ने police sources के हवाले से बताया कि Defence Minister Rajnath Singh और Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth की movement initially air route से planned थी। खराब मौसम के कारण उन्हें helicopter से Gumri पहुंचकर वहां से road से Kargil की ओर जाना पड़ा।
इसी movement को facilitate करने के लिए route पर traffic temporarily रोका गया, जिससे tourists और अन्य travellers को delay हुआ। Police sources के अनुसार VIP movement गुजरने के बाद tourists को आगे जाने दिया गया।

क्या woman ने Army convoy भी रोका?
Times of India की 20 August follow-up report में कहा गया है कि महिला ने checkpoint पर dharna दिया और reportedly एक Army convoy को transit camp की ओर बढ़ने से भी रोका। Report के अनुसार बाद में district officials ने intervene कर protest खत्म कराया।
लेकिन इस particular allegation पर मुझे कोई separate official Army या Ladakh Police press release नहीं मिला है।
इसलिए इसे fact की तरह नहीं, बल्कि:
