Delhi Government retirees का UPS pension issue क्या है?
AINPSEF के National President Manjeet Singh Patel ने Finance Minister को लिखे letter में दावा किया कि Government of NCT of Delhi के कई retired employees और teachers ने UPS option exercise किया, लेकिन retirement के बाद उनकी pension शुरू नहीं हुई।

CRA portal को लेकर क्या complaint है?
Manjeet Singh Patel ने ET Wealth को बताया कि Delhi Government employees और pensioners के लिए संबंधित Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) portals पर UPS link active नहीं है।

UPS pension processing में किन authorities की भूमिका हो सकती है?

Past NPS retirees के लिए official UPS rules क्या कहते हैं?
Central Government के official UPS FAQs में past NPS retirees के लिए specific provision मौजूद है।
FAQ के अनुसार UPS provisions उन eligible NPS retirees पर भी mutatis mutandis लागू हो सकते हैं, जो UPS operational होने से पहले superannuate हो चुके थे। ऐसे eligible cases में past-period arrears के साथ PPF-rate-linked interest का provision भी बताया गया है, subject to prescribed adjustments.
